Lost in Hollywood

This painting was originally inspired by the back of the Bangles Different Light album That's an attempt at a charcoal and chalk pastel Susanna Hoffs. At least her spirit is there if not quite her likeness. I put it away for month and it became Lost in Hollywood after listening to Daron Malakian on Rick Rubin's podcast. It then started mirroring an early draft of Eden. It's still very much in progress. Stay tuned.
